Goals of synthetic notes on grand challenges

Synthetic notes on grand challenges (about 2 pages) aim at presenting important objects or questions of complex systems science. They should mention :

  • Why it is important
  • Give some examples
  • State the limits of our knowledge in the domain and describe what has to be developped to reach this grand challenge.
